As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and growing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), , and YouTube. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas, assist in implementing social media strategies, and engage with our online community.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:


  • Assist in managing and growing presence across Instagram, Facebook, X, , and YouTube.
  • Support the development and implementation of social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends and help adapt strategies to keep content relevant and engaging.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, posts) that reflects brand voice and values.
  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
  • Help develop content calendars to organize and plan upcoming posts.

Basic Graphic Design:

  • Use basic graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and advertisements.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand aesthetic and messaging.

SEO & Ad Management (Learning Opportunity):

  • Learn and apply SEO best practices to increase the visibility of social media content.
  • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, including helping with budget tracking, targeting, and analyzing performance metrics.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Help foster a positive and supportive community that resonates with mission.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field (personal projects, or freelance work also count).
  • Skills: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, X, , and YouTube.
  • Basic content creation and management skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
  • Interest in learning SEO practices and how they apply to social media.
  • A passion for crystals, wellness, or natural healing is a plus.
