This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus ontalent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activitiesto support organizational growth and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities: LeadTalent Acquisitionacross levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit. Drive the fullPerformance Management Cycle : KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Implement and manageemployee engagement programsto build a positive and motivated work culture. Support inattendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes . Regularly review and updateHR policies and SOPsin line with best practices. Generate and maintainHR dashboards, MIS, and reportsto support decision-making. Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any). Supportemployer branding initiatives , including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.Requirements: 4+ years of experiencein an HR Generalist role. Strong expertise intalent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management . Good understanding ofHR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements . Excellentcommunication, analytical, and interpersonal skills . Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
