Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React/React Native Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and mentor junior developers to ensure technical excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

   * Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

   * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

   * Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

   * Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.

   * Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring timely resolution.

   * Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the technical design of new features.

   * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in React/React Native.

   * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

   * Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

   * Ensure the application meets security, compliance, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

   * 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years specializing in React and React Native.

   * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features.

   * Strong understanding of React ecosystem, including Redux, React Navigation, Context API, and Hooks.

   * Experience with mobile development tools and workflows, including native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.

   * Familiarity with backend integration using REST APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.

   * Experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and debugging tools.

   * Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications.

   * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying React/React Native applications.

   * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

   * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
