SatSure is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Application Platform UI team. The Application Platform UI team builds the tools, libraries, and infrastructure that power the development of SatSure’s mobile & web applications. Responsibilities :

Engineering Execution

  • Lead a team of software engineers through hiring, mentoring, and hands-on career development.
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for the engineers in your team.
  • Drive cultural and process improvements through engineering excellence, quality, and efficiency.
  • Setting up high-performance engineering teams with a high bar on quality and speed of execution. Communicate strategy, plans, and status at all levels.


Requirements:

Must-have:

  • 5-8 years of working experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing software engineers.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of software developers, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Experience managing employee performance and career growth
  • Experience driving operational and engineering excellence improvements across teams.
  • Experience and passion for shipping platform tooling.
