Job Responsibilities :
- Level 2 Application Support : Provide Level 2 support for various application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on users and business operations.
- System Health Monitoring : Monitor system health and proactively address any performance-related concerns, ensuring all applications are running smoothly.
- Troubleshooting OS & Application Issues : Address both OS-level and application-level problems, conducting thorough investigations and resolving issues with minimal downtime.
- Incident Management : Work closely with internal teams, including DevOps and Engineering, for incident management and timely resolution of ongoing technical problems.
- Proactive Monitoring : Continuously monitor the performance of applications and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring continuous availability and performance optimization.
- Root Cause Analysis & Resolution : Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and take steps to eliminate root causes to prevent future occurrences.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation for all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide detailed reports on incidents and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with internal teams, including Development, QA, and Operations, to ensure applications are optimized and fully functional.
