About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our hospital management system, ensuring its smooth development, deployment, and maintenance. You'll wear multiple hats, providing technical leadership, managing the development team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and scalable solution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and vision for the hospital management system.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Deep dive into the technical aspects of the project, including Hyperledger Fabric for blockchain integration, Node.js for backend development, Next.js for frontend development, and MongoDB for database management. (Minimum 5 years of experience in each technology is required)
  • Design, develop, and implement core functionalities of the system.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in health tech, blockchain technology, and the full technology stack (Hyperledger Fabric, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB).
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices to automate deployments, testing, and infrastructure management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hyperledger Fabric for blockchain development.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of Next.js for frontend development.
  • Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL database.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and its potential to improve patient outcomes.
