Full Stack Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 6+ preferred).

- Develop server-side logic, APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), and database interactions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and other relevant .NET technologies.

- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

- Apply software development best practices, design patterns (e.g., SOLID principles, architectural patterns), and clean code principles.

- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality

and reliability.

- Design and optimize database schemas (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ORM configurations (Entity Framework Core).

- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security at the database level.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Promote and implement DevOps practices within the team (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).

- Act as a technical expert, troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the full stack in development, testing, and production environments.

- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities, implementing effective solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.

- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos) and contribute actively to team discussions.

- Clearly articulate technical concepts, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and significant experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ development.

- Expert-level experience with ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API).

- Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), along with HTML5, CSS3, and Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) including database design, T-SQL, and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework Core). Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus.

- Proven experience in designing and developing secure, scalable, and performant RESTful APIs. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.

- Proficient with Git and Git-based platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deployment, scaling, and managing applications (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS EC2, S3).

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E) and experience with relevant testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to debug complex systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time efficiently, and be self-directed.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
