Job Overview As the Director of Engineering, you will provide both technical leadership and strategic direction to our frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile app engineers. Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on code quality, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide hands-on guidance for system architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and technology selection. Architect systems for scale, performance, and maintainability to support a growing B2C user base. Deep knowledge of frontend frameworks and backend systems (RESTful APIs, databases, authentication) Experience in building and scaling B2C web/mobile products. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role.
