Writepersonalized, compelling proposalsaligned with client needs and our service offerings. Maintain detailed records of bids, client communications, and project outcomes. Work closely with thesales and marketing teamsto ensure smooth lead conversions. Analyze performance metrics and continuouslyoptimize bidding strategies . Preparedaily and weekly performance reportsto track progress and ROI.Requirements1–2 years of experiencein bidding and lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms. Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills. Familiarity withcreative and marketing servicessuch as branding, website design, video editing, and digital marketing. Proven record ofwinning projects or generating consistent leads . Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously.
