Job Purpose and primary objectives:


Salesforce Commerce cloud SME consistently work on transforming the experience of how brands connect with their customers at every step of their journey. Their efforts ensure that customers get the most value out of Salesforce, and use it to further helps and impress their users and customers.


Key responsibilities


1. Provide SME Product Knowledge to the Product Owners

2. Support the Product Managers in building their future Roadmaps

3.Understand and translate the future releases of Salesforce capability

4. Provide thought leadership and innovation capability

5. Designing business processes, configuration, customization, user provisioning, data migration, and report/dashboard design.


Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities


Other responsibilities – Budgets, targets, equipment etc


Key Skills/Knowledge:


· Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), PWA framework experience

· Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C

· Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) is required.

· Knowledge of digital commerce components such as users, catalogue, pricing, inventory, and payment.

· Knowledge of digital commerce integration such as CMS, DAM, PIM, OMS, and ERP

· Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent client-facing, written, oral and presentation skills.

· Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel


Experience required:

8 – 10 Yrs of relevant experience covering key responsibilities and skills mentioned above.
