Oracle Functional Consultant

Experience :

- Must have a minimum of 2-3 implementations/support experience in Oracle PPM Cloud.

- A few years of experience in Oracle EBS (preferred).

Functional Expertise :

- Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on ERP/Fin modules with a focus on Oracle PPM cloud offerings :

  • Project Costing
  • Project Contracts
  • Project Billing
  • Project Control

- Must have experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and Level 1-3 finance business processes. (Experience in other project management methodologies may also be beneficial).

- Must have experience in writing functional specifications.

Technical Skills :

- Must have a good understanding of Cloud tools such as FSM, rapid implementation templates, ADFdi, etc.

- Must have a good understanding of Oracle PPM cloud integrations, Data Loaders (including Spreadsheet Data Loaders), etc.

- Experience in PPM cloud security and workflows.

Communication and Problem-Solving :

- Excellent communication skills to discuss functional issues and solutions in highly escalated situations with both Oracle Support and the client.

- Highly skilled at problem-solving with highly developed analytical skills.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Must have experience in writing OTBI reports and performing analytics. (Experience with other reporting tools may also be beneficial).

Certification : Certification in PPM/Fin offerings (preferred).
