Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize AI-generated content engines, ensuring outputs meet quality, relevance, and SEO standards
  • Analyze performance metrics of generative engines and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, content creators, and marketing teams to refine prompts, datasets, and workflows
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization on AI outputs to maximize business KPIs
  • Translate technical performance data into actionable recommendations for content strategy and user experience
  • Stay updated on generative AI trends, tools, and optimization techniques (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in AI content, generative systems, or digital optimization
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or generative models
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, MidJourney, DALL·E, or other generative platforms)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics to drive optimization
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience integrating AI outputs into SEO, content, or marketing workflows
