Responsibilities will include-:
Front office role in Treasury function, with responsibility to manage company’s debt lending exercise, lender relationships, and credit rating activity.
1. Functional Expertise
● Debt raising from banks, Financial Institutions, AIFs etc. through Term loans, Debentures, Commercial Papers etc. at competitive pricing
● Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising. Co-ordinate end-to-end execution of fund-raising transactions
● Oversee cash management and investment portfolio
● Liaise with Credit Rating agencies for new ratings and annual surveillance
2. Stakeholder collaboration
● Cross Functional coordination with various internal stakeholders for closure of data requirements, compliances as well as legal documentation, etc. and execution of documentation for timely debt drawdowns.
To succeed in the role -:
Qualification & Experience
● CA or MBA Finance degree from a reputed/Tier-1 institute
● 6-8 years’ experience in Treasury function, with good exposure in a similar role in a
NBFC
Skills & know-how
● Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
● Exhibit meticulous attention to details
● Demonstrate strong problem- solving skills
● Strong analytical and presentation skills
● Should be able to guide team in Treasury middle office and back office
