With campuses in Manipal and Bengaluru, TAPMI offers cutting-edge management education through its MBA and BBA (Hons.) programs, fostering innovation, integrity, and impact.Position Overview:The Head – Placement and Corporate Engagement will provide strategic leadership and direction to TAPMI’s placement and industry engagement initiatives across both campuses. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies that strengthen TAPMI’s corporate partnerships, drive successful placement and internship outcomes for MBA and BBA (Hons.) programs, and enhance TAPMI’s standing as a preferred talent partner for leading organizations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive placement and corporate engagement strategies aligned with institutional objectives. - Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full cycle of final placements and internships for MBA and BBA (Hons.) students across both campuses. - Build and sustain strategic partnerships with corporates, start-ups, and global organizations across sectors. - Identify, empanel, and engage new recruiters to expand TAPMI’s corporate network. - Conceptualize and lead corporate-facing initiatives such as industry conclaves, leadership talks, and campus engagement programs. - Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to align student skill development with evolving industry needs. - Lead, mentor, and manage placement teams across Manipal and Bengaluru to ensure seamless coordination and excellence in execution. - Track placement performance metrics and generate data-driven insights for continuous improvement. - Represent TAPMI in external forums, industry bodies, and HR networks to enhance brand visibility.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Placement and internship success rates across programs. - Growth in number and quality of recruiter partnerships. - Diversity in roles, sectors, and compensation outcomes. - Employer satisfaction and brand recall. - Frequency and impact of corporate engagement events.Qualifications & Experience:- Postgraduate degree in Management or related field from a reputed institution. - 10–15 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, institutional partnerships, or talent acquisition. - Strong industry network, strategic orientation, and leadership capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing multi-campus teams and building long-term corporate alliances.Work Mode:Full-time position with inter-campus travel between Manipal and Bengaluru.Application Process:Interested candidates may send their applications to careers.tapmiblr@manipal.eduLast date for submitting the application: 3rd November 2025.
