Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation and Configuration :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality of the implemented solutions.
Client Engagement :
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide expert advice and best practices on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of the Oracle HCM system.
Project Management :
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Support and Maintenance :
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Oracle HCM certification is preferred.
