Role Summary :We are seeking a skilled network engineer with deep expertise in IP routing and MPLS integration to support the deployment and configuration of large-scale telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms and protocols, and a strong understanding of Layer 2/3 services.Key Responsibilities: - Configure and implement network solutions based on detailed Low-Level Designs (LLD)- Deploy and troubleshoot IP/MPLS protocols including BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LDP, RSVP-TE, and Segment Routing- Implement L2 & L3 services using VPLS, VPRN, and MP-BGP- Configure routers and switches via CLI across platforms like Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, and Juniper- Set up and manage L2 VPN, L3 VPN, VPWS (epipe, apipe, cpipe), QoS policies, and basic router configurations- Perform NE integration, software uploads/upgrades, and backups on 7750 SR and 7250 IXR devices- Monitor and interpret network alarms for proactive issue resolutionRequired Skills & Expertise :- Strong hands-on experience in IP/MPLS network protocols and services- Proficiency in CLI-based configuration and troubleshooting- In-depth knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent 7750 SR and 7250 IXR platforms- Familiarity with QoS, VPN provisioning, and service-level configurations- Ability to interpret network alarms and logs for root cause analysis- Solid understanding of network architecture and service delivery modelsSoft Skills & Work Culture :- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to network deployment- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset- Effective communicator and team collaborator- Willingness to work in dynamic, multi-vendor environments (ref:hirist.tech)
