If you can shoot, edit, and deliver 3–4 high-energy videos every single day — all while keeping up with a fast-paced, on-the-go environment — this is your opportunity.What You’ll Do:- Shoot scroll-stopping videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Edit 3–4 polished short-form videos daily (fast pacing, hooks, subtitles, trending transitions, on-brand visuals). - Plan & execute on-location shoots independently (framing, lighting, clean audio). - Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team to turn ideas into viral-ready content. - Stay ahead of trends in short-form storytelling, effects, and platform algorithms. - Manage footage library, project files, and hit every deadline without excuses.Must-Have Skills:- 3+ years professional experience in videography + editing. - Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro + at least one of: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (PC). - Deep understanding of social media formats, hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling. - Strong composition, color grading, and audio skills. - Ability to shoot and edit across multiple locations in a single day — often on the move.Mandatory (Non-Negotiable):- You own professional camera gear (mirrorless/DSLR + lenses, gimbal, mics, lights, etc.). - You own a powerful editing laptop that can handle daily 4K workflows. - Reliable personal transportation to reach shoot locations across Hyderabad. - Comfortable editing on-the-go (travel, outdoor shoots, events).Who Thrives Here:- Fast executors who hate excuses and love results. - Short-form content addicts who know exactly what works in 2025–2026. - Independent creators who don’t need hand-holding. - Someone excited to grow with a scaling agency and eventually lead the video department.If you’re ready to create content that gets millions of views and helps brands explode — apply nowSend your portfolio/Reels + resume to sandy@zippyscale.comSubject line: “Videographer & Editor Application – [Your Name]”Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
