Description :We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for solving complex problems using data-driven approaches.Key Responsibilities :- Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models with a focus on LLMs for natural language processing tasks.- Data Analysis : Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models using the latest AI techniques.- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define project requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.- Model Optimization : Fine-tune and optimize ML models and LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.- MLOps & Deployment : Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure efficient and reproducible workflows.- Research & Innovation : Explore and evaluate emerging AI algorithms and technologies to enhance model performance and capabilities.- Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain codebases and data pipelines for preprocessing, model training, and deployment.- Monitoring & Compliance : Continuously monitor deployed models to ensure they meet accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP to drive innovation and excellence.
