Utilizing React and Angular 11, the ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of developers in an agile development environment to help accelerate and develop STP’s most critical strategic roadmap projects. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications usingReact.js ,TypeScript , andAngular UtilizeTailwind CSSfor efficient and consistent user interface development Integrate and manageRESTful APIsleveraging tools such asReact Queryfor state management and data synchronization Experience working withAngular components and lifecycle managementwithin the context of maintaining and modernizinglegacy applications . Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement Providetechnical guidance, mentorship, and code reviewsupport to junior developers and peersRequired Skill SetsMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in React development. Strong working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript and related technologies or web frameworks. Proficient understanding and experience using Node.js Proficient understanding of GIT Version Control Strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions. Able to develop junior developers on a team, provide code review feedback, guidance, and mentoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work with a team as well as be an individual contributor. Experience working with clients/users preferred.Additional Skill Sets Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.Behavioral Skills Listen openly to feedback from managers and colleagues and uses the information to improve.
