About Us:

Elior India is a leading player in the corporate catering and hospitality sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences and top-notch service. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team and help articulate our brand story through compelling content.


Purpose:

The overall purpose is to lead the Marketing, Communication initiatives and create brand awareness. Developing marketing campaigns aligned with Elior India business goals.


Requirements:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.
  2. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, print media and event planning.
  3. Organizing and oversee branding/communication campaigns and print media.
  4. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.
  5. Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  6. Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and aid in market understanding.
  7. Managing press releases
  8. Collaborating with PR agencies to market the brand.
  9. Branding internally for existing and new clients.
  10. Lead brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects related to branding
  11. Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives, including media & press releases, company announcements, etc.
  12. To track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated.


Qualification and Skills Required:

  1. Graduate/MBA
  2. Overall 8+ of experience in developing marketing strategies and communication, from preferred industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG.
  3. Good communication skill.
  4. Strong on interpersonal relationships.
  5. Strong background in marketing.
  6. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  7. A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns


Note: The role may require travel between multiple sites.
