Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application support, with a focus on cloud software.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
