Your role will be to guide a cross‑functional team in creating robust APIs and engaging user experiences using Python (FastAPI), React/Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Agentic AI. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership- Backend & APIs Design and implement RESTful services usingPython (FastAPI) , with a focus on scalability, performance optimization, and clean code practices. Architect databases and optimize data models acrossMongoDBandPostgreSQL , ensuring high availability and efficient querying. Build asynchronous and event‑driven workflows for long‑running tasks (e.g., email notifications, data processing) using Python frameworks and schedulers. Frontend & User Interfaces Lead the development of responsive, dynamic UIs usingReact ,Next.js , and modern front‑end tooling (Tailwind CSS, React Query). Drive design‑system adoption by creating reusable components to maintain visual consistency, reduce development time, and improve user experience. Cloud & DevOps Deploy, monitor, and scale services onAWS(EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) using containerization ( Docker ) and CI/CD pipelines - GITHUB. Automate testing, code quality checks, and deployment to ensure reliability and rapid delivery. AI & Integration Collaborate with AI engineers to integrateagentic AIsolutions (Anthropic API) into backend workflows and user-facing features. Promote best practices for data privacy, model integration, and error handling in AI‑driven applications. Team & Project Management- Mentor engineers across frontend and backend specialties, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Translate product requirements into technical roadmaps, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies.Qualifications- Experience & Education 6-8 years of professional experience building scalable backend systems and modern web applications, including leadership of cross‑functional teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Technical Proficiency Strong command ofPython ,JavaScript/TypeScript , and frameworks likeFastAPI , andDjango . Proficient withReact ,Next.js , and UI design best practices, including performance tuning and state management with Redux. Experience with database design (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud deployment onAWS , including familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker. Exposure to AI integration and asynchronous task management. Prior experience in building design systems or reusable component libraries. Soft Skills Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
