An early stage startup, Saaya Care is attempting something novel by offering People tailored solutions for their Pre-seniors and Seniors (55+ y/o) that enhance their daily lives and empower them to maintain independence and vitality.


India is seeing its last few years as a young population and 20% of our population will be 60+ by 2050. With these trends in mind, coupled with rising incomes, financial spending and awareness about Health, we have a two-pronged goal:


  1. A personal, premium and pro-active Health Manager service for tailor-made Health Management using a Tech-led Operations service
  2. A platform (Mobile App and Web version) for the family members to stay updated about the same


While our target clients are people who do not stay with their parents or stay with them but live hyper busy lives such as:

  • NRIs
  • Adults living in a different city within India
  • Adults living differently within the same city in India
  • Adults staying with their parents in tier 1 cities



Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Lead to oversee our entire marketing department. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative flair. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and refine the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with our business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy as needed.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and establish brand positioning in the market. Ensure consistency in our brand’s voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of all marketing content, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, infographics, and videos. Ensure content is informative, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive Performance Marketing initiatives across platforms to maximise conversions and awareness
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts across all platforms, including:
  • Social Media: Oversee social media strategy, planning, and execution across platforms such as , X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Manage campaigns effectively
  • SEO/SEM: Guide and work with freelancers on the same
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and their impact on sales and company growth. Use insights to drive future marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and expand the marketing team. Provide guidance and mentorship, set clear team goals, and manage project workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive marketing approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • At-least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing either in a brand or agency set-up
  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across platforms.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
