Since we work across borders, fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential to connect with teammates and drive shared goals.Key Responsibilities : - Own and lead end-to-end architecture design, delivering scalable, secure cloud solutions aligned with business and technical goals. - Develop, deploy and monitor backend services and cloud-native applications on AWS. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines along with automated monitoring, alerting and observability tooling. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture, security and performance. - Provide technical leadership and support, including guidance on production issues and complex engineering challenges. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and developer productivity. - Ensure high standards of system reliability, scalability and maintainability in real-world environments.What are we looking for?. - 1012 years of total experience, including 5+ years working with AWS cloud architecture. - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (or equivalent). - Strong backend development experience in Java, Python or similar. - Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Experience with relational and NoSQL database design. - Hands-on with AWS services : EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS. - Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized and orchestrated deployments. - Experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems. - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e. CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). - Strong testing discipline using tools like JUnit, PyTest, TestNG or similar. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement. - Proven ability to lead design discussions, code reviews and system architecture decisions.Good to have : - Background in startups or experience building platforms from the ground up. - Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e. Terraform, AWS CDK, StackMan). - Familiarity with cost optimization, security compliance and AWS Well-Architected Framework. - Participation in tech communities, open-source contributions.What will you get from us ?
