What you will do:

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 1+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
- Core Automation Anywhere (RPA) Skills must have
- Expertise in creating task bots, reusable bots, and bots for document processing.
- Proficiency in bot-design, utilities, and error handling.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, VBScript, or Python for advanced bot logic.
- Familiarity with custom scripts or integrations using Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and database integration (SQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of linking bots with external systems like CRMs, ERPs, and legacy systems.
- Skilled in process mapping, automation feasibility analysis, and optimizing workflows.
- Ability to implement robust exception handling and troubleshoot bot failures.
- Proficiency in user roles, permissions, and resource pool configurations.
Experience with the following technologies:
