ROLE :

- The Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager is a key enabler of project execution, dedicated to guiding the team in Agile practices and elevating team efficiency.

- As an integral part of the organization, this role is central to fostering the incorporation and optimal use of Adobe solutions within the ambit of our projects.

- The incumbent will serve as a vital link in managing communications with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- This role is instrumental in amplifying the benefits derived from Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target tools, spearheading innovative practices, and upholding operational excellence in accordance with Agile principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy :

- Lead the strategic integration of Adobe solutions (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target) within project plans, ensuring they align with agile practices and contribute to the organization's goals.

- Establish best practices for the use of Adobe products (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target) in project management and execution.

Operational :

- Oversee the project delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.

- Ensure timely completion of projects by managing schedules, resources, and stakeholders.

Problem Solving :

- Manage and escalate project risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders and work on their timely resolution.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Communication :

- Serve as the primary liaison for projects involving Adobe solutions, communicating with stakeholders on progress, risks, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, particularly those involved in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target usage.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on managing and implementing Adobe software solutions and applications.

- Demonstrated experience in an agile environment, preferably with a background in Adobe-related projects (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target) or digital transformation initiatives.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- MBA from a premier institute (such as IIMs/ISB/ XLRI/FMS/SP Jain).

- Certifications relevant to Adobe products, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Master, with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, or other key Adobe suite applications.

- Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and other key Adobe digital marketing tools.

- Experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Adobe solutions to drive business outcomes.

- Familiarity with database technologies, data modeling, and SQL, particularly as they relate to data integration with Adobe platforms.

- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their use in tracking and optimizing customer experiences.

- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner.

- Ability to translate complex Adobe solution capabilities into business benefits for stakeholders.

- Experience in training and mentoring team members on Adobe product features and best practices.

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how Adobe solutions can enhance digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions aligned with the core business objectives.

- Proactive and continuous learner, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in Adobe products and agile methodologies.
