Our client, a listed real estate developer, is searching for a Manager Personal Accounts, Taxation and Wealth Management role in Andheri, MumbaiReporting To: Family Principal / Family Office HeadWe are seeking a highly experienced and trustworthy professional to manage the complete financial portfolio of an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) family. The role involves overseeing personal accounting, taxation, investments, and wealth management with the utmost confidentiality, precision, and compliance.CTC Offered for the role is 30-35 Lacs per annum maxRole & responsibilitiesPersonal Accounting & Finance- Manage and maintain personal and family accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly financial summaries and cash flow reports. - Handle banking operations, fund transfers, and payment schedules.Taxation & Compliance- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants and tax advisors for timely filing of ITRs (individual, HUF, trusts, etc.). - Ensure compliance with Income Tax, FEMA, and other financial regulations. - Maintain documentation for audits, assessments, and property-related transactions.Wealth & Investment Management- Track and review the familys investment portfolios (mutual funds, equities, real estate, insurance, etc.). - Liaise with wealth managers, advisors, and financial institutions for periodic reviews. - Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for optimization.Property & Asset Oversight- Maintain a consolidated record of all family assets and liabilities. - Manage rental income, property documentation, and renewals. - Coordinate with legal, valuation, and property management professionals.Confidential Administration- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for the familys internal review. - Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling financial and personal information.Preferred candidate profile- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP). - Experience: 7 to 15 years managing personal/family accounts, UHNI portfolios, or private banking operations. - Strong knowledge of taxation, investments, compliance, and accounting systems. - Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and digital accounting tools. - Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational abilitiesPerks and benefitsAlternate Saturday's would be offIf you are actively considering new opportunities, kindly forward your updated resume for evaluation and shortlisting.Regards,DeepakM: 98676 96869E: deepak@fairgrowthindia.com
