This role is ideal for candidates with2–4 years of experiencewho are proficient in IT support and eager to work in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems, handling technical issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting a diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities Provide IT support to users via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced OS issues, hardware, software, and network problems. Manage endpoints, desktops, laptops, and peripherals using endpoint management tools. Handle cloud-based email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently using IT service management tools. Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and ensure timely resolution. Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs for recurring issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.Qualifications & Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support (Non-Voice Process). Advanced OS troubleshooting skills (Windows/Linux). Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN). Experience with ticketing systems and endpoint management tools. Proficiency with cloud email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and meet service level agreements.Preferred Skills Exposure to IT service management best practices. Hands-on experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools. Understanding of IT infrastructure, including network devices and configurations.
