We're looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile App Developer with experience in either Flutter or React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in building cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to create high-performance, user-friendly apps and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- App Development: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using either Flutter/Dart or React Native/JavaScript.

- UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code.

- API Integration: Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and other backend services to ensure seamless application functionality.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards are met.

- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability, reliability, and security of the application.

- App Store Management: Assist with the deployment of applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the mobile development landscape.

Skills and Experience: 14 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- Frameworks: Proven proficiency in either Flutter (with Dart) or React Native (with JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Mobile Development: Solid understanding of the mobile application lifecycle and cross-platform development principles.

- APIs: Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming.

- Version Control: Proficient in using Git and standard Git workflows.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal State Management: Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX for React Native; BLoC, Provider for Flutter).

- Native Tools: Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.

- CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.

- UI/UX: A good understanding of UI/UX design principles and mobile design patterns.

- Published Apps: A portfolio of one or more published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a major plus.
