We are now entering a new phase of scaled growth, where customer experience, brand trust, and membership flywheels are core levers.The RoleWere looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our leadership team and own the full customer growth funnel from awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that combines brand building, performance marketing, and membership growth. Youll work directly with the founders and lead a small internal team and agency partners.This is not a pure performance role, nor just a brand one. Youll need to drive measurable outcomes while shaping the creative identity and voice of SuperK across touchpoints. Your work will touch everything from WhatsApp journeys to ATL campaigns, from referral programs to store signage, and from GTM plans to influencer-led experiments.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution- Define and execute the customer growth roadmap, identifying key levers for CAC, LTV, and retention- Collaborate with product, ops, and data teams to convert business goals into marketing actionSuperK Gold Membership Growth- Own acquisition, engagement, and retention of Gold members via a mix of in-store, digital, referral, CRM, and BTL levers- Test and scale new programs: price perception campaigns, tiered benefits, regional pushesPerformance & Digital Marketing- Lead paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliates, OEMs) with rigorous CAC tracking and creative experimentation- Set up structured testlearnscale systems for campaigns, creatives, and offersBrand & Creative Marketing- Own the brand narrative, tone, and positioning especially around value-for-money and local trust- Work with agencies to develop creative assets for digital, print, OOH, auto branding, and video- Build scalable templates for hyperlocal campaigns in small towns and franchise-led activationsOffline & Catchment Marketing- Build playbooks for store-level activation including in-store visibility, promotions, and local campaigns- Run on-ground experiments to test messaging, pricing perception, and conversion toolsInsights & Analytics- Use customer data, funnel metrics, and qualitative insights to shape messaging and targeting- Build internal dashboards and reporting cadence across all marketing initiativesWhat Were Looking For- 8-12 years of experience across growth, marketing, or P&L roles in consumer-facing businesses- Track record of delivering results CAC reduction, revenue lift, program growth, or new GTMs- Experience in both performance and creative/brand marketing- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited pre-set systems- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, telecom, retail, or multi-channel consumer brands is a plusWhat Sets You ApartWere looking for people with strong pedigree and high intent.
