We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive the growth of our distribution channel. The successful candidate will have experience in sales strategy, distributor management, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the distribution network, and fostering a high-performance culture in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive profitability. Monitor market demand and adjust strategies as needed.
- Channel Expansion: Identify potential markets, onboard new distributors, and ensure optimal pricing and terms.
- Performance Management: Conduct sales reviews, drive distributor engagement through training and incentives, and track performance.
- Market Penetration: Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to expand market share.
- Reporting & Strategy: Deliver sales reports, use analytics to refine strategies, and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and supply chain teams to support channel growth.
Required Skills:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of distribution models, retail ecosystems, and FMCG or consumer durables markets.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
- Resilience: Ability to adapt to market changes and lead teams to success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-7 years of sales experience in a distribution-driven role.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tiered distribution networks.
