JOB SUMMARY: TheTeam Head – Industrial & Warehouse Leasingwill lead and manage the leasing team responsible forindustrial and warehouse properties . The role involvesdriving leasing targets, client acquisition, market expansion, and team performance managementwhile ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments like legal, operations, and development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage a team of leasing executives to achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets . Develop and implementstrategic leasing plansfor industrial and warehouse properties. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments. Monitor team performance, providementorship, guidance, and performance feedback . Conduct high-level client negotiations for large leasing deals in coordination with legal and management teams. Ensureaccurate property listings, availability updates, and client database management . Analyze market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to optimize leasing strategy. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, and development) for smooth closure of deals. Prepare and presentreports on leasing activities, client interactions, and market insightsto senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and referrals.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree inBusiness, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field . 5+ yearsof experience incommercial real estate leasing or property sales , including3–5 years in team management . Strong understanding ofindustrial property market trends and warehouse operations . Proficiency inMS Office and CRM tools .
