Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic B2B Business Head to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, aimed at expanding our network of partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, local pathology labs, and other healthcare providers. Additionally, the B2B Business Head will also take on the role of leading our Radiology product segment. This dual role is designed for a dynamic individual responsible for spearheading strategic business development initiatives across our entire pathology business, as well as driving the growth and innovation of our Radiology services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, partnership management, a deep understanding of the healthcare and pathology landscape, and the ability to leverage digital channels to enhance business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, develop, and execute strategies for expanding our B2B partnerships within the healthcare sector while collaborating with Business Units
  • Radiology Segment Leadership: Act as the lead for the Radiology division, defining product strategy, overseeing market positioning, and ensuring our radiology offerings are aligned with market needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, nursing homes, local pathology labs, and other healthcare entities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the pathology and healthcare sectors, including digital trends.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Support Business Unit teams by analyzing data to provide actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning across both pathology and radiology services
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop strategies that leverage online platforms for B2B partnership expansion and brand visibility.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals, incorporating digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics for business growth, partner satisfaction, and revenue targets, including digital engagement metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare or pathology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to collaborate effectively with digital teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
