This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise, strong architectural vision.Primary ServiceNow Skills (Must-Have) ITSM,CSM,ITOM,ITAM,HSRD,GGRC,CMDBKey Responsibilities Serve as thetechnical authorityfor ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices. Define and drive theplatform strategy, roadmap, governance , and design standards. Lead implementation across various modules includingITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps , and custom apps. Ensure platformscalability, performance, security , and seamless integrations. Conduct solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance sessions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions. Mentor ServiceNow developers and admins; enforce technical excellence. Stay current with latest ServiceNow releases, trends, and marketplace solutions. Ensure compliance withenterprise architecture, ITIL , and security best practices.Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years dedicated to ServiceNow. Strong expertise withITSMand at leasttwomodules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps). Proven experience with ServiceNowintegrations(REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers). Strong scripting skills:JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer . Hands-on experience withCMDB, Discovery , and data modeling.
