Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale LAN/WAN network infrastructures across enterprise environments.- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure high availability and performance.- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless (WL) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.- Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for authentication, access control, and policy enforcement.- Manage user/computer certificate authentication, access policies, and end-to-end traffic flow design.- Conduct network verification, validation, and performance tuning to maintain system reliability.- Provide technical support, incident response, and operational maintenance in 24x7 enterprise environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud, mobile, and enterprise network systems.- Develop and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration baselines.Key Skills & Expertise :- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.- Deep understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and network security principles.- Expertise in Aruba Wireless design, deployment, and optimization.- Proven experience with Aruba ClearPass (CPPM) configuration, policy design, and authentication mechanisms.- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and monitoring systems.- Experience with certificate-based authentication (EAP-TLS) and RADIUS/TACACS+.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Familiarity with cloud networking, SDN/SD-WAN, and mobile connectivity solutions.Experience :- 12+ Years (including 8+ Years in Networking)Education & Certifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Cisco CCNA (Active) Mandatory.- Aruba Certifications (ACMA / ACMP / ACCP) Preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
