Position: Plant Head

Work Experience: Minimum 15 – 20 years of work experience in plastic Industry

Job Location: Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka 562101

Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.00pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday Off)

CTC Bracket: Max. 12-15 LPA (As per market Standards)

Interview Process: Face to Face only, No Virtual Interview.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee our manufacturing operations within the plastic industry. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of experience, with a deep understanding of plastic extrusion, the pipes business, and comprehensive business acumen including Profit and Loss management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the plant team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Extrusion Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion processes to optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality of extruded products.
• Pipes Business: Apply specialized knowledge of the pipes business to drive growth, improve production techniques, and address market demands.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage the plant’s Profit and Loss, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
• Systems and Reporting: Utilize systems such as Tally and MS Office for effective reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15–20 years of work experience in the plastic industry, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Technical Knowledge: Mandatory knowledge of plastic extrusion processes and the pipes business.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including Profit and Loss management.
• Systems Proficiency: Experienced in using Tally and MS Office applications.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
