Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide an expert expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of HCL DX WCM application and business process developments.
  • Identifying functional requirements for process groups and create corresponding technical specifications.
  • Modify HCL DX WCM configurations using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications
  • Test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects.
  • Technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
  • Change Controls are developed, tested & released according to an agreed schedule, and ensure all high business impact changes are escalated as appropriate.
  • Involve in support activities and a number of development activities and to have developed excellent business process design skills.

Critical Skills to Possess:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in WCM/Portal 8/8.5/9 development.
  • Good understanding of JAVA/J2EE
  • Good portlet development knowledge
  • Knowledge of HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Dojo
  • Knowledge of latest portal and bootstrap theme development
  • Portal administrative skills to design solution and implement in WCM/Portal environment and search configurations
  • knowledge on WCM components
  • WCM items like workflows/plugins/JSPs
  • knowledge on dockers, container and Kubernetes , WCM API &REST API
  • Good communication skills in English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
