The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers.

- Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.

- Create responsive designs, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.

- Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company's branding guidelines.

Requirements :


- Proven work experience as a web developer or in a similar role with a minimum of 4+ years.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.

- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications : .

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries, React.js.

- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.
