We are looking for a talented web designer with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and Core JavaScript to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs. Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers.- Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.- Create responsive designs, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.- Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company's branding guidelines. Requirements : - Proven work experience as a web developer or in a similar role with a minimum of 4+ years.- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications : .- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries, React.js.- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.- Experience with version control systems like Git.
