Position:Senior Project Manager – Pharma/Biotech EPC ProjectsLocation:Pune Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are seeking the right candidate for our client, a reputedPharma Engineering projects & manufactuing, to lead EPC projects in thePharma and Biotechsectors.The role involves complete ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead project execution across multiple sites while managing timelines, resources, and budgets. Conduct stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and progress updates. Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams – engineers, project managers, procurement, and site teams. Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations. Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control. Support contract negotiations, vendor management, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering(Chemical or Mechanical preferred). 8–15 yearsof experience inEPC project management role. Experience inPharma, Biotech, or Chemical projectsis essential. PMP certificationis an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
