We're Hiring – Associate Director (Pondicherry)

At Lemonpay, we're building India's leading UPI-first payment gateway, empowering merchants across e-commerce, travel, education, utilities, retail and beyond.

We're looking for an Associate Director who can:
Lead and scale core functions (Sales, Operations, Tech, Risk & Compliance, or Partnerships)
Build strong relationships with banks, aggregators & regulators
Drive merchant acquisition beyond gaming
Implement strong risk-control frameworks
Mentor teams & shape long-term strategy

Requirements:
7–12 years in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS (3+ years in leadership)
Deep knowledge of UPI, cards, payouts & merchant acquiring
Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a startup
