Gallagher & Mohan works exclusively within the real estate industry. Our mission is to provide financial analysis, marketing, and accounting support to our clients.

Our clients are real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We pride ourselves on our quality, our strong communication, and our work ethic.

We are a natural extension of our clients existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

What we are Looking for :

As an AI Developer, you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining AI and machine learning models using Python.
You will work with a variety of libraries and frameworks to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.

While our immediate need is for a backend specialist with AI expertise, we are also open to expanding into front-end development in the future.

Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, test, and maintain AI and machine learning models using Python.

- Create and maintain AI bots based on custom/application APIs.

- Implement data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI applications and models.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills :


- Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language.

- Building LLM powered applications in a production environment.

- Knowledge of Python backend frameworks like Django(preferably), FastAPI etc.

- Knowledge of LLM internals and good knowledge of LLM ecosystem both private (Open AI, Gemini, Anthropic etc) and open source.

- Experience with version control systems like Git/Github, Devops knowledge.

- Strong experience with NumPy and Pandas libraries for data manipulation and analysis.

- Solid understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.

Nice-to-Have Skills :


- Knowledge of ReactJS(with Next & TypeScipt) AWS (deployment on ec2, S3)

- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers for natural language processing.

- Experience in financial applications.

- Experience in real-state financial application.

Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 2-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and Python development.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
