We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, particularly in web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. Additionally, proficiency in ReactJS is required for this role.


Responsibilities :

  • Web Application Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Python and either the Django or Flask framework.
  • Backend Development: Implement backend logic and functionality using Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend components of the application.
  • Database Management: Work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently. Write database queries and optimize database performance.
  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with the backend logic.
  • Code Optimization and Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application code. Optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
  • Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. Debug issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  • Version Control and Collaboration: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with other developers effectively.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase, including API documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes. Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of new features and updates.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with expertise in Django or Flask.
  • Strong proficiency in core Python programming and object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience with frontend development using ReactJS and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Redux, Vue.js, or AngularJS is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
