Global Process Expert (GPE) – Accounts Payable Job Summary: The GPE partners with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to implement, standardize, and improve end-to-end business processes in Accounts Payable and Source-to-Pay (StP). The role focuses on process efficiency, quality, continuous improvement, and technology integration. Key Responsibilities: Drive process implementation, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, WIs, Workflows). Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and support governance/compliance. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Collaborate with IT for automation and technology enhancements. Experience & Skills: 5–10+ years in Process Management or related domains. Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ReadSoft, Ivalua). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Effective communication and business acumen. Experience in global/cross-cultural environments. Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to operational excellence. Team player with openness to new ideas and continuous learning.
