Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing business plans for promoting Fire & Gas/Signalling Units and other products handled related to Oil & Gas & Power Industries.
  • Identifying and developing new customers /applications
  • Generating new inquiries by frequent customer visits & product influence.
  • Prepare techno-commercial bids.
  • Involve in Techno-commercial discussions with clients
  • Supporting customers with pre/post contract clarifications and warranty
  • Receive all required inputs from customers required for offer preparation
  • Material inspection and coordination for warranty issues if any
  • Follow-up on payments if delayed
  • Ensure Implementation of the Sales procedure within the Section
  • Assist, guide and supervise Inside Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator
  • Follow up with the customer for payment collection.
  • To manage any additional assignment given by the Sr. Sales Engineer
  • Responsible for safe work practices.
  • Responsible for assisting and cooperating with the management in achieving the aims and objectives outlined in the ‘Health & Safety Policy.
  • Responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe, hazardous act, source, and situation
