Role : Network Engineer

CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, the largest Tier IV DataCentre provider in Asia, began operations in 2007 and operates 15 datacenters across eight key markets and is set to build over 600 MW of DataCentre capacity by 2029.

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and managing routing Network Security with Multi-tenant and vendor Environment

Network security with Firewall (ASA, Paloalto/Fortigate/Checkpoints) configuration and F5 load balancers.

Requirements & Responsibilities :

- 5 - 9 years of relevant experience as a network engineer including phone, remote support and hands on

- Remote access solution implementation and support such as IPSEC VPN

- Experience installing/configuring routers, switches (Cisco, Juniper, HP, DELL)

- Experience installing/configuring firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos, Palo Alto)

- Experience installing/configuring Load Balancers (F5, A10, Citix, Radware, Array)

- Perform network administrative duties on-site weekly

- Respond to and resolve alerts and tickets generated from the monitoring system and/or

- Escalate service requests that require engineer level support in a timely fashion to prevent breech of SLA.

- Maintain accurate time and records in all service tickets as performed.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications

- Excellent Customer Service Skills & Advanced troubleshooting skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and flexible to work in 24/7 environment

Education & Experience Credentials :

- B.Degree, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education or training desired V3/V4 /AZURE Migration
