- Manage interactions with followers, fostering relationships and addressing inquiries.

- Plan and execute campaigns to promote product launches and events.

- Track mentions, trends, and feedback to inform strategy.

- Measure and report on key metrics to assess performance.

- Coordinate with teams like marketing and product development.

- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.

- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and advocates.

- Handle social media crises effectively and maintain brand reputation.

- Manage social media budget for advertising and promotions.

- Test and refine strategies based on data and 3-7 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in mobile browsing or technology.
