Ensure timely completion of all design elements, including securing necessary approvals and making material selections. Oversee budgets by managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and supervising material selection processes.Project Coordination: Deliver project milestones within specified deadlines. Conduct design reviews and approval meetings, ensuring effective data collection and timely updates in tracking systems. Undertake regular site visits to monitor the implementation of designs and facilitate snagging processes.Communication & Collaboration: Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) efficiently to promote seamless project advancement. Collaborate effectively with external consultants for critical project drawings. Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials based on site needs. Work alongside the Sales team to align client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.Process Improvement: Initiate and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency within the landscape design workflow. Actively participate in team collaboration and engage in learning and development opportunities.Required Skills Proven experience within the Villa/Luxury Real Estate industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.Preferred Skills Experience in outdoor space design and management.
