- We are seeking a skilled RTR Analyst to join our team in Pune.
- The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, with expertise in statutory audits and experience as a GFSS Site Leader.
- This role involves managing financial reporting and ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting :
- Manage and oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
Statutory Audits :
- Coordinate and support statutory audits, including preparation of necessary documentation, addressing auditor queries, and implementing audit recommendations.
Accounting Operations :
- Perform and review accounting activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and month end and year-end closing processes.
Process Improvement :
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of R2R processes and financial reporting.
Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
GFSS Site Leadership :
- Act as the GFSS Site Leader, overseeing and coordinating activities related to global financial shared services and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial queries, provide insights, and support decision-making.
Documentation :
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of accounting processes, procedures, and controls to support audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RTR processes, with a strong background in statutory audits and experience in a GFSS Site Leader role.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Record to Report (R2R) processes, statutory audits, and accounting principles.
- Experience with financial software and tools is a plus.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
Communication :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
