Job Title: Onestream Developer · Location: Pune · Experience: 6+ · Mode of Work : Hybrid · Job Type : Contract to hire. · Notice Period: Immediate joiners. · Project Tenure: Long-term project Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Developer to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in OneStream XF, capable of designing, developing, and optimizing financial consolidation and planning solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Design and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A. Build and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profiles. Develop and manage business rules including: Custom Consolidations Intercompany Eliminations Currency Translations Cash Flow Automations Event Handler Rules Integration & Automation Integrate OneStream with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) via REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETL. Ensure data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration issues. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions. Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and provide regular updates to senior management. Testing & Documentation Support UAT, system testing, and issue resolution. Maintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training materials. Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing support for OneStream applications including upgrades, performance tuning, and user training. Troubleshoot system errors and document enhancement opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream XF and 3–8 years in EPM platforms. Proficiency in: OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow VB.NET, SQL, C#, Python Smart View and Excel Add-In Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and planning processes. Experience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and audit compliance. Familiarity with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People Planning. Ability to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutions. Preferred Skills Experience with other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC. Knowledge of OneStream extensibility framework and Dashboard Extender Rules. Prior participation in OneStream official training (e.g., “Application Build for Consultants”). Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based development. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Effective communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.
