Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer (React.js Developer) to join our technology team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, and optimized code with strong adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across front-end and back-end modules.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the development team.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in React.js and front-end development frameworks.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).

- Knowledge of back-end integration and familiarity with Node.js/Express.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
